After-school Nanny or Nanny/Housekeeper position

We are looking a permanent part-time live-out nanny or nanny/housekeeper to care for two adorable girls, aged 3 and 1. Both of them attend a nearby nursery.

They are looking for someone to start in September 2023, but they are open to discussing a slightly later start date if necessary.

Your typical workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. If you prefer, there is an option to arrive an hour earlier to cook dinner and maintain the children’s area tidy. Additionally, during school holidays, you will have the opportunity to work full-time for two weeks every six weeks, from 8 am until 6 pm or 7 pm.

Responsibilities:

As a nanny, your main duties will include:

– From 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm: Preparing a light dinner for the girls, a load of laundry, and ensuring their bedrooms are tidy and ready.

– 4:45 pm: Picking up the girls from the nursery (a short 10-minute walk away)

– 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm: Engaging in playtime, supervising dinner, assisting with bath time, and getting them ready for bedtime.

The children have a wonderful routine and typically go to bed around 7:15 pm.

Language Requirements:Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with both the children and parents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Previous experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.

– Genuine love and passion for working with children, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment.

– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

.– First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain them).

– Valid work permit or visa, if applicable.
