  4. Arranging interviews to meet the candidates
  5. Two day trial offered for one or 2 candidates selected
  6. Employment offer to be agreed on both sides
  7. Employment contract templates provided as well as other relevant information and tips to hire the chosen candidate

Invoices are paid once you make an offer and before the candidate starts his/her employment.

SCREENING PROCESS FOR NANNIES

Here are the documents required and verified in order for candidates to get fully registered with us.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ relevant and recent references that are thoroughly checked over the phone
  • Paediatric first aid certificate to provide or update
  • UK CRB disclosure if the candidate has been living in the UK for at least 6 months and/ or home country police check
  • Passport or relevant ID
  • Driving licence if relevant
  • Original diplomas and certificates
